CashFlowPal is a cash flow management tool and does not provide financial advice. All financial projections, forecasts, and calculations are estimates only. You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making any financial decisions based on information from this service.

10. Termination and Data Retention

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Data Deletion Policy: If you cancel your subscription or account, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to rejoin and recover your information. After 30 days from cancellation, all your data including transactions, categories, and account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to retain before cancellation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
